Best customer service ever! I had to return a heavy bag because i ordered the wrong size and Ray was very helpful with delivery and return. We came back to the store to purchase other items and his wife and daugher were equally helpful with assisting us with our other purchases! I highly recommend this shop if your looking for boxing/kicking boxing equipment or other martial arts equipment! Thank you once again Ray and family keep up the great work guys!👍👍

Friendly and helpful staff. Better than online as you can try clothing and shoes on for size. Very limited in relation to traditional Tai Chi/ Kung Fu clothing but still found the gear I came to buy

Great products and service. However competitors offer free shipping over x amount and free returns while Shogun charge no matter, have to pay to return and then pay another delivery to get the exchange out. I don't want to be paying near $50 on delivery...

Easy to use website with excellent pics/description of items. Top quality merchandise with various gradients ie; good to best with relative pricing. All my orders have been posted rapidly, packed well & arrived "as described". Can't fault Shogun - I visited Japan a few years ago - went to a few Suppliers including Meirin & there are evident similarities re; quality of goods. Will continue to use Shogun.

Ordered quite a few things from this seller over time and was never disappointed. Delivery in Sydney is fast and they stock quality products (SHUREIDO Gi for instance). Will order from them again.

These guys are amazing! I had ordered a black belt to get embroidered by a local business and they completely stuffed it! However I sent a blank black belt to Shogun Martial arts and they worked with me on some very specific details and they delivered the goods! I won’t go anywhere else because they are the most professional I have ever used and I have been a martial artist for 14 years and have used 5 different embroiders in the past. I can’t recommend this company enough Thank-you Ray Borg and Team!!
